Contract: 3 month fixed-term. Salary: £28k-30k per annum.

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday, typically 9:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility required during peak periods).

Location

Between Woodyard Workshop (Ascot) and Occasionally Warehouse (Stratford‑Upon‑Avon).

Warehouse & Logistics Manager.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Assistant supports the Warehouse & Logistics Manager in the day‑to‑day organisation, movement and management of stock, equipment and production assets across Lapland’s large‑scale immersive experiences in Ascot & Manchester. This role focuses on providing practical warehouse, inventory and logistical support across the production function, helping to ensure assets, materials, equipment and deliveries are organised, maintained and moved efficiently and safely.
