Responsibilities
Help with the day-to-day coordination of the relevant processing, store, and packaging teams
Oversee the productivity of all team members
Resolve any problems as they arise
Full stock control function, packing, and exports
Effective Warehouse Management
Effective Staff Management
Financial management, reporting and administration
Compliance and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Procedures
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Stock Control, Logistics Management, Production & Supervision studies)
2 years’ supervisory/managerial experience in a Food Processing/Production environment
General knowledge of store management and stock control techniques
