- Execute picking, packing, and dispatch based on system-generated sheets
- Monitor customer feedback and answer customer queries.
- Process returns and refunds for e‑commerce.
- Ensure all retail and e‑commerce orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Ensure E‑commerce listings have accurate stock numbers.
2. Inventory Accuracy - Maintain high alignment between physical stock and system records
- Perform regular cycle counts and stock topups.
- Identify and report discrepancies immediately
