Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate to join our TEAM! As a Warehouse Associate, we need someone who will own a variety of material handling duties, including receiving, loading/unloading materials, pulling/assembling customer orders, and conducting inventory checks. This position involves the daily use of forklifts and/or cranes.
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $17.78 and $22.11 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company-sponsored benefit programs.
