This role is responsible for building safe, space‑optimized trailer loads using Truck Builder software, preparing and processing inbound and outbound documentation, and maintaining accurate operational records. The coordinator communicates with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues, schedule inbound freight, support outbound returns and investigations, and ensure smooth daily workflow.
