Warehouse Coordinator (x 4) Duties / Scope of Work - To key in warehouse operation date into the Warehouse Management System/Inventory System accurately and timely. Keep the WMS system up to date on a daily basis.
- To respond and follow up on enquiries by customers.
- To coordinate with all customers on the inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all schedules are met.
- To perform and support weekly cycle count, monthly or yearly inventory count.
- To have proper filing of warehouse documentations, as well as handing equipment servicing records etc.
- To perform daily pick, pack and transportation arrangements.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
