You will utilize specialized systems to troubleshoot, resolve, and re-route items that encounter errors (exceptions, invalid labels, misroutes, returns). Your detailed, analytical approach directly contributes to overall operational efficiency and inventory integrity, which is key to improving customer satisfaction.
