Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities: Manage Warehouse inbound/outbound stocks inventory and maintains database accuracy 
Ensure accurate receipt of items in accordance with established SOPs and protocol 
Execute daily inbound and outbound warehouse operation effectively 
Support orders fulfilment, picking, packing, issuing of goods for deliveries to logistic team 
Submit daily inventory report to update the inventory status to sales team/ production team/ procurement team 
Conduct monthly stock-take exercise and perform daily inventory data entry in system 
Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment 
Stuffing, Unstuffing, Restacking, labeling of products as needed 
Coordinate and liaise effectively with inter-department related all warehouse and logistic concerns 
Resolve inventory or warehouse operation issues and discrepancies promptly 
Performs other related or ad-hoc duties when assigned...
