Responsibilities - Supervise & lead a team of customer service staffs to fulfil customers’ orders.
- Liaise with customers via e‑mail & telephone for all documentation and administration matters as well as resolving any issues raised.
- Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
- Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
- Process billing invoices to customer promptly.
- Extract and tabulate data for report analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Take charge of safety in the Section and disseminate safety information to the team.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
