Job TitleAssembly Equipment Operator


Job OverviewThe primary responsibility of the Assembly Equipment Operator is to put-away built/unbuilt assembly product to the proper location, pick product to be assembled and pick chairs to be shipped. Other responsibilities include:

+ Count received product to verify inventory accuracy.

+ Identify space needs and make appropriate adjustments such as double stack pallets of product to save space using a pallet stacker.

+ Relocate staged material to proper locations.

+ Use RF scanner to make inventory movement entries.

+ Pick product for Cross Dock deliveries.

+ Document picked product for assembly stats by builder.

+ Audit locations for inventory accuracy.

+ Maintain proper appearance of assembly room including:

+ Pallets: Sorted and stacked neatly and safely

+ Inspect and maintain electric pallet jacks and pallet stackers
