**Job Summary**

The Warehouse Generalist Associate is responsible for monitoring and supporting the automated warehouse system to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations. This role involves identifying and resolving system faults, clearing conveyor jams, re-palletizing damaged or problem cases, and assisting with maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Monitor the warehouse automation system to ensure optimal performance and identify equipment faults or operational issues.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues, including clearing jammed pallets from automated conveyor systems.
