What you will do
The purpose of the Warehouse Supervisor position at JCH EU is to oversee and manage the logistics operations within a warehouse facility operated by the 3PL. The Warehouse Supervisor works closely with the 3PL provider to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, while also maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with other departments to fulfill customer orders, as well as monitoring the performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and quality standards, and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise. Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor may be involved in optimizing the warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and minimize costs. Overall, the role of the Warehouse Supervisor is to effectively manage the warehouse facility to meet the company’s goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
