About the Role: Your Impact

The Warehouse Team Lead is a pivotal frontline leadership role responsible for assisting the supervisor in managing and overseeing all functions of a core department (e.g., Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Bulk, VAS, IC). You are a working lead, actively participating in the process path up to 50% of the shift. Your primary focus is driving safety, quality, and efficiency by controlling workflow, problem-solving, training, and providing direct support to the team.


This role is essential for maintaining high delivery standards and ensuring the smooth operation of all warehouse activities.
