Job Duties:

• Receiving, loading, and unloading fresh fruit for the drying process.
  
• Operating and monitoring drying equipment to ensure fruit is dried to quality standards.
  
• Inspecting fruit for quality and removing damaged product
  
• Maintaining the work area clean.
  
• Cleaning and sanitizing dryer equipment.
  
• Operate forklifts to load and unload the fruit.
