Compensation & Benefits


+ Competitive Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

+ Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued based on hours worked to support your personal time.

+ Year 1: 40 hours

+ Year 2: 60 hours

+ Year 3+: 80 hours



+ Work-Life Balance: Consistent Monday through Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) including a 30-minute lunch break. No weekends required.
