Our client, a busy distribution center, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Warehouse Lead

**Location:** Brooklyn, OH

**Pay Range: $21.50/hour**

**Shift:** Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6pm-1am; Saturday Off; Sunday 8am-4pm (latest); with an additional day off during the week

+ Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity
+ Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational procedures, and safety standards
+ Oversee inventory management, including monitoring levels and reconciliation
+ Handle equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to safety protocols
