**Job Summary**

DeBra-Kuempel is seeking to fill a Warehouse Lead position. This position is responsible for the daily, hands-on operation of the warehouse and shop in support of field crews. This role focuses on coordinating materials, tools, and equipment to ensure jobs are properly staged, delivered, and supported. The position includes performing regular warehouse and shop duties such as organizing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with deliveries as needed.
