Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Lead and support warehouse associates to achieve daily operational and productivity targets. 
Monitor warehouse activities, safety standards, and service levels to ensure smooth operations. 
Conduct daily team briefings and provide performance updates and reports. 
Guide team members on warehouse procedures, work instructions, and operational best practices. 
Support attendance tracking, employee training, and team development initiatives. 
Escalate operational issues and risks to supervisors in a timely manner. 
Support continuous improvement initiatives, new project implementations, and cross‑functional warehouse operations. 
Provide backup support to supervisors as required. 
Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
