Job Title:Warehouse Logistics & Fulfillment Lead

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM (Full-Time)

Position Summary

La Bodega Fresh Market is seeking a dependable and experienced Operations Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role serves as the backbone of the warehouse, managing inbound products, inventory, order fulfillment, and the packing team to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. This person will have one to two employees on the team supporting the warehouse activities. This position reports directly to the home office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and team performance.

• Receive, inspect, and manage incoming inventory.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

• Ensure orders are packed and shipped correctly.
