About this role

Based in our National office in Wellington, the Design & Production Team is part of the Ministry's Communications, Engagements & Ministerials Group. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management Officer to join us, to help deliver high-quality communications, engagement and learning resources to educators, communities and Ministry staff by:

• Assisting with the delivery of the Ministry's logistics solutions – receipting, warehousing, order fulfilment and distribution
• Coordinating the systems, processes and supplier relationships that support those solutions
• Working across the Ministry, assisting business units and project teams with procurement and delivery requirements
• Collaborating with print production, design and publishing colleagues to provide services and advice to ensure the cost‑effective delivery of printed resources

Salary range: $74,815 - $90,347 per annum + KiwiSaver.
