To carry out day - to – day operational activities within the warehouse in an efficient and accurate manner.

Job Duties

• Manpower Planning – Decides on number of manpower required to meet monthly warehouse operations targets and ensure operational efficiency basing on historical and actual data such as leave and absenteeism history, fluctuation in volumes, etc.
• Resolves escalated issues pertaining to warehouse and client complaints
• Verifies accuracy of data generated from system Initiates corrections whenever necessary
• Prepares Daily Activity Report using data entries.
• Discuss with the management team with regards to the year’s targets and translates them into goals for the whole warehouse division
• Communicates the monthly quality and safety themes to the warehouse associates
• Investigates safety incidents and ensure timely fulfillment of incident reporting into the database
