Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to take full, end-to-end ownership of our

distribution warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for everything from

inbound receiving through to outbound fulfillment, with accountability for throughput,

accuracy, inventory integrity, cost, and compliance.

This is a data-driven environment where decisions are expected to be backed by numbers. The

right person is equally comfortable on the warehouse floor solving problems in the moment

and in a spreadsheet analyzing performance trends. The scope is broad and will continue to

expand as the business scales.
