The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client based in the Bicester area. We are looking for multiple Warehouse Operatives to join the team.

Hours: Monday to Friday, weekends available - 11pm/12am start!
Pay Rate: £15.01 starting rate

The role:

* Sort and organise incoming parcels accurately and efficiently based on designated routes and destinations.

* Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other equipment to facilitate the sorting process.

* Ensure proper labelling and categorisation of parcels to prevent errors in delivery.

* Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines.

* Identify damaged parcels and follow company protocols for proper handling and documentation.
