The Warehouse Operator / Counter Sales is a Full-time position, based at Alexandria, NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager you Will join our Gyprock Trade Centre and assist with customer service, sales, and warehouse duties as needed.
In this role you will:
* Deliver outstanding customer service in-store, online, and over the phone
* Support daily store operations and merchandising standards
* Process orders, invoices, and payments efficiently
* Assist with stock control, replenishment, and inventory
* Load/unload deliveries and prepare customer orders safely
* Serve customers in-store and warehouse, including vehicle loading
