An exciting opportunity exists for a hands on and detail driven Sort and QA Lead to oversee daily hub sort operations within a fast paced logistics environment.

This role is responsible for leading a team of sorters across key dispatch waves, ensuring exceptional sort accuracy, maintaining rigorous quality assurance standards at dispatch, and driving operational throughput targets.

The successful candidate will be actively involved on the warehouse floor, monitoring performance, resolving operational issues in real time, and ensuring parcels are processed accurately and efficiently.
