Job Description

• Monitor inbound and outbound movement of machines and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records (manual and system-based).
• Operate and update warehouse systems (SAP, QuickBooks, ERP, etc.).
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for deliveries and item requests.
• Provide quality customer service and support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or any business related course
• With at least 2-3 years working experience in industry of Heavy equipment or automotive
• Responsible for the in and out of in the warehouse (Machine or spare parts)
• Proactive, Passionate, Trustworthy
• Knowledgeable in any warehouse system from Manual to System like SAP, Quickbooks and ERP or any other system
