Job Description:

-Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of items.

-Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.

-Ensure proper handling and storage of products.

-Lead and manage warehouse personnel and riders/helpers.

-Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.

-Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely movement of shipments.

-Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse.

-Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

-Handle operational issues and resolve warehouse concerns efficiently.

-Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.



Job Qualification:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is an advantage.
