Warehouse Supervisor – responsible for overseeing warehouse staff and ensuring compliance with tobacco handling regulations, inventory accuracy, and customer KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations: manage receiving, put away, picking, packing, and dispatch to meet customer SLAs.
• Enforce safety and security: maintain a safe workplace, enforce PPE, lock‑and‑key controls, and restricted access for excise goods.
• Ensure regulatory and customer compliance: follow tobacco‑specific SOPs, excise documentation, traceability, and audit readiness.
• Lead and develop staff: coach teams, run shift briefings, manage attendance, and support performance reviews.
• Coordinate with carriers and customer contacts: schedule inbound/outbound movements and resolve shipment exceptions.
