Position Summary:

This is a functional role that provides guidance, work levelling, assistance, and leadership to a team of Material Handlers and Drivers at the Rogers, MN Distribution Center (DC/Warehouse). To assure team continuity across all warehouse operations, this position is expected to gain and maintain knowledge of all aspects of Warehouse Operations functional execution with limited exception.

The role works collaboratively with key business partners to ensure timeliness of execution, replenishment, accuracy, condition, and / or other. Interacting with all aspects of STERIS to meet business requirements.

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm central time Monday - Friday + overtime as business needs require
