T&G Global Limited is seeking an experienced Team Leader for our Mt Wellington site in Auckland. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure smooth shift transitions while driving efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, a track record of effectively managing teams, and a willingness to work Monday to Friday 2pm–10:30pm with occasional Sundays. SAP experience and forklift certification are highly desirable.
