As a Team Leader in our Temperature‑Controlled Warehouse, you'll lead a team of around 30 store persons and two supervisors. The role has a strong focus on leadership, planning, coordination and communication, while maintaining a regular and visible presence with your team.

You'll provide direction, coach performance and stay connected to day-to-day operations to help keep the team running effectively. You'll communicate openly, follow through on your commitments and earn trust through your actions.

With new systems and initiatives on the horizon, it's an exciting time to join the team. You'll have lots of opportunity to help shape how we work better together.

You’ll work a Sunday to Wednesday roster, starting at 4.00am and finishing at 2.30pm.
