We are seeking a dedicated Warehousing & Logistics Industry Instructor to manage the daily operations of the prison’s central industry stores, overseeing a team of up to 18 prisoners. This role involves training and assessing prisoners towards warehousing and logistics qualifications (e.g. Level 1/2), managing the secure storage of all products made across industries for external employers, and ensuring efficient stock control and movement of goods.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment aligned with prison and industry standards.
• Oversee the daily operations of the warehousing and logistics workshop/stores area
• Deliver warehousing and logistics training, supporting prisoners to achieve accredited qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds, NOCN).
