Position Overview

KEY PURPOSE FOR THE JOB:

  • Handle all the written & Oracle activities
  • Team work to achieve department target

    • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle all the above written activities
  • Responsible for administrative work in warehouse.
  • Purchase, take and distribute consumables for department.
  • Organize, archive and save all documents for department as required
  • Print and handle warehouse receipt and material dispatch documents.
  • Participate in 5S and Kaizen Projects in Warehouse
  • Actively participate in the analysis of various data issues to solve related problems
  • Respond to supervisor of work status and related issues, and possible solutions
  • Other work scheduled by superiors

    • SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school education or above
  • Skilled in computer operation, proficient in EXCEL reports, familiar with ERP logic and process
