We are looking for a talented WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR to join our team specializing in SERVICE for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SEGMENT in ACCRA, GREATER ACCRA, GHANA.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Provides assistance for warranty operations.Process warranty related information in appropriate databases under limited supervision.Attend to requests in a timely manner, performing due diligence checks prior to updates.Communicate with stakeholders to gather information to properly process requests.Maintains inventory of warrantable failed components.Provides training to Technicians on warranty.
