Our client a well established franchise dealer in Durban area is seeking the services of a Warranty Administrator / Clerk. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in warranty administration Experience within a motor dealership / franchise dealership environment is essential Strong understanding of OEM warranty policies and procedures Experience in Multi franchise dealer advantageous Experience working on dealer management systems (DMS) is essential Strong administration and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced service department Key Responsibilities: Processing and submitting warranty claims accurately and timeously Ensuring all supporting documentation complies with OEM requirements Following up on outstanding claims and queries with manufacturers Maintaining accurate records of warranty submissions and approvals Liaising with service advisors, technicians, and management #J-18808-Ljbffr
