Position Overview

Responsibilities


  • Managing all aspects of Service, Parts, and Warranty for the division
  • Responding quickly to inquiries from dealers and retail customers via phone/email
  • Approving warranty authorizations, technical advice and problem solving for dealers in the field
  • Record retention and report directly to the General Manager
    • Qualifications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent computer skills, able to work in Microsoft Office programs efficiently
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • RV and electrical knowledge is a must
  • A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
  • Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
