Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls in a professional manner.
Engage with customers to understand their warranty needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty products.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Requirements
1 - 2 years telesales/call centre experience.
Target-driven and self motivated.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
South African ID.
Preferred Qualifications
Grade 12/NQF Level 4 required.
