Overview

The Warranty Training Coordinator position is vital for Ford of Mexico (FOM) and North American Emerging Markets (NAEM). This role requires a bilingual individual fluent in Spanish and English to ensure that dealer networks are trained on Ford's evolving warranty policies and procedures. The role creates and delivers essential webcasts, new administrator webinars, and master certification programs in both languages, and develops e-learning courses and video snacks in collaboration with the India team. By providing tailored, accessible, and up-to-date training, this position aims to reduce warranty claim errors, decrease administrative costs, enhance dealer performance and satisfaction, ensure compliance, and contribute to improved customer satisfaction in these markets.
