Title: Waste Handler I

Reports to: Environmental Manager

Location: Holland, MI


Job Summary:

Supports LG Energy Solution by managing the facility’s waste and recycled materials and provides overall support to the EH&S team as related to waste handling.


Responsibilities:

Waste handlers must ensure timely pick-ups of all waste and recycled materials and communicate with the requesters on pick-up timing and completion of the task.

All waste handlers are responsible for the following as it relates to the facility’s hazardous, non-hazardous, medical, universal and recycling wastes.

+ Ensure smooth operation of all waste handling activities

+ Perform required inspections

+ Attend all training as required

+ Ensure all waste handling areas are clean and in order
