Role Overview:

As a Recycling Sorting Operative, you will be responsible for sorting and segregating recyclable materials by hand and using machinery. You’ll be working as part of a committed team helping to reduce waste and increase recycling efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and separate recyclable materials from waste streams (plastics, metals, paper, etc.)

• Remove non-recyclable items to maintain product quality

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Follow site health & safety protocols

Requirements:

• Reliability and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with good communication skills
