Operate, monitor and maintain waste treatment plants, wastewater treatment systems, water treatment facilities and exhaust systems to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Prepare and handle chemicals required for production processes in accordance with established procedures.
Coordinate with suppliers for the timely delivery of chemicals and collection of waste materials.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment in accordance with scheduled maintenance plans.
Liaise with external vendors and contractors for planned servicing, equipment maintenance and ad-hoc repair works.
Participate actively in Emergency Response Team (ERT) exercises and Lean Improvement Suggestion Scheme (LISS) initiatives to support continuous improvement.
Strictly adhere to all safety, environmental, legal and ISO requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
