A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Technician to join its growing commercial maintenance team. Key Responsibilities

* Carry out Legionella compliance tasks on mains-fed and stored hot and cold water systems.

* Complete temperature monitoring, water sampling and cold water storage tank inspections.

* Clean and disinfect cold water storage tanks.

* Clean and descale showers and other outlets.

* Service Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs).

* Undertake minor plumbing repairs and remedial works.

* Submit accurate same-day reports using a PDA.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
