**The Impact You'll Make**

The Water Spider is responsible for keeping materials and paperwork required to perform an operation stocked at the point of use in assigned production areas. This position is also accountable for the general organization of materials in the assigned area and for monitoring ERP data to identify potential issues, material shortages, and impacts to production. In the “just‑in‑time” concept, Water Spiders manage all material transport throughout the processes. This allows operators to focus on value‑adding activities while supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of both operators and machines. The Water Spider will spend the majority of their day on the shop floor.
