We are seeking a motivated and curious operator to join our tight-knit team at one of Canada's most distinctive water treatment facilities — a Class IV plant located on CFB Wainwright , serving both the military base and the community of Wainwright, Alberta.

This is not your average operator role. Our plant uniquely combines time-tested conventional treatment (flocculation, clarification, and multimedia filtration) with state-of-the-art Veolia micro-filtration membranes — giving you hands-on experience with the full spectrum of water treatment technology. You will be mentored, supported, and set up for success from day one.
