Join our Operations team as an Industrial Water Treatment Plant Operator. The role focuses on protecting the environment and supporting the resource industry in Canada and the Caribbean. This is a fly‑in/fly‑out assignment to remote locations across western Canada on a 2‑weeks on / 2‑weeks off rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Secure and productive operation of an industrial water treatment plant, collaborating with a small team under supervision.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain water treatment equipment including pumps, filtration systems, and chemical feed systems.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, troubleshooting issues to prevent downtime.
• Conduct regular laboratory tests on water samples and adjust treatment processes as necessary to meet compliance standards.
• Record and maintain accurate logs of treatment processes, test results, and maintenance activities.
