We are seeking a customer-focused Spare Parts Sales Coordinator for the Nordic countries to join our TI Compression EU&AF Service Team, supporting the Oil & Gas, chemical and industrial sectors.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing spare parts inquiries, processing orders, coordinating logistics, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
This position reports to the Head of Spare Parts EU&AF and includes the following tasks:
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Prepare and manage customer spare parts quotations, responding to customer inquiries regarding spare parts pricing and delivery timelines.
Process customer sales orders.
Coordinate with responsible Client Product Competence Centers (PCC’s) to ensure timely quotes issuance and parts delivery.
