About the role

As a Wealth Adviser at Fisher Funds, you will support clients with tailored, goals based advice that builds confidence, trust, and long term engagement across a diverse client base.

You will deliver proactive, high quality financial advice, deepen relationships, retain and grow your portfolio, and identify opportunities to improve client outcomes. You’ll also contribute to regional Grow, Deepen, and Protect priorities, ensuring clients receive consistent, compliant, and meaningful engagement at every stage of their journey.

As your capability grows, you’ll take on more complex client relationships, drive disciplined new business activity, and influence advice quality and conversion outcomes. You’ll work closely with Senior Wealth Advisers, Business Development Leads, and the wider regional team to strengthen performance, consistency, and client experience.
