Responsibilities
Handles customer inquiries over the phone.
Qualifications
Candidates should ideally possess Banking Experience (Must).
- Knowledge of trading and investment products (Stocks, Forex, Crypto, Derivatives).
- Understanding of order types, margin, leverage, and portfolio management concepts.
- Ability to support customers on trading platform queries and troubleshoot basic application/system issues.
- Knowledge of U.S. market practices, trading hours, settlement processes, and corporate actions.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Awareness of KYC, AML, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
- Experience in handling customer interactions within a banking, brokerage, or financial services environment.
