Have direct ownership of identifying by site and entire route on the ideal market hogs according to system weight targets. While reducing individual pig weight variation, minimizing sort loss, and maximizing percentage of pigs to a primary packer. Conduct routine site visits to ensure that marketing previews, marketing plans, identification of top weight hogs, and loading accuracy are being done according to ISF protocols and expectations Execute and implement strategies to achieve marketing and economic goals of the company and specific geographic area including production performance, revenue and marketing, and cost management KPI’s.Communicate cross functionally on issues identified or concerns that need to be address by another area of the business.
