You will support the management and improvement of a government website by updating web content, coordinating requests with internal business units, and working with external web agencies.
What you will do - Coordinate and execute website content updates requested by different business units (including approval workflow support)
- Work with a web agency to implement content updates, features, and fixes
- Support website maintenance by running content rendering checks and validating page functionality
- Monitor website traffic and content performance using analytics tools, and prepare performance reports
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for website updates and enhancements (across devices and browsers)
- Support UX refresh initiatives through structured testing and feedback collection
